Multiple District 32 Convention 2024 Registration Form
If you want to register online and pay by debit card, credit card, or bank account ACH, please use this form. You can complete the form online.  A convenience fee of 3.25%, not to exceed $6.00, will be added to your invoice for payment by debit or credit card only. There is no charge for payment by bank account ACH or for mailing a check. You will receive an invoice by email within 48 hours after submitting this registration form.
