Multiple District 32 Convention 2025 Registration Form
If you want to register online and pay by debit card, credit card, bank account ACH, or to mail a check, please use this form which you can complete online.  A convenience fee of 3.25%, not to exceed $7.00, will be added to your invoice for payment by debit or credit card. There is NO charge for payment by bank account ACH or for mailing a check. You will receive an invoice by email within 48 hours after submitting this form.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your convention registration, notification MUST be received by the Registrar (cjt.29926@yahoo.com) no later than 04/28/25 or payment will be forfeited.  Refunds will be made by check by 05/20/25.
